Former chief executive of the Ghana National Petroleum Commission (GNPC), Tsatsu Tsikata, has asked banks and other financial institutions -- particularly insurance firms -- to partner domestic entrepreneurs in building strong local momentum to push the nascent hydrocarbons sector.
