A group calling itself the Coalition for Free, Fair and Transparent Elections (COFFTRE) has given the Electoral Commission (EC) 21-day ultimatum to "disclose to Ghanaians, within three weeks, its budget and audited reports, for the conduct of the general and parliamentary elections it conducted in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, and 2012".
