Former President Jerry Rawlings has congratulated the senior national soccer team, the Black Stars for their qualification to the World Cup. The former President who is in Oslo, Norway attending the inaugural activities of Norway branch of the National Democratic Congress, said he was delighted after hearing that the Stars had clinched the single slot from their group.
