The Rector of Kumasi Polytechnic, Dr. B.E.K. Prah has been caught in a web of administrative malfeasance, after being accused of breaching the 2003 Public Procurement Act (Act 663), in the award of a contract worth over $19,000 for the school�s computer workshop project.
