The phenomenon whereby political parties mainly the opposition NPP and ruling NDC engage in a tussle as far as the Biometric Voter Registration [BVR] is concerned; without giving a lasting solution according to 2012 Independent Presidential candidate, Jacob Osei Yeboah is “unacceptable”.
