Presidential Candidate of the Independent People’s Party (IPP), Mr. Kofi Akpaloo says the Article 94, Section 2 (a) of the 1992 Constitution which prevents Ghanaians with dual citizenship from qualifying to contest as a Member of Parliament will be abolished when he is elected as President of Ghana.
