Former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly called Sir John, has dismissed President John Mahama's assertion that there are no monetary considerations between the Government of Ghana and the US for the transfer of the Gitmo detainees.
