A National Democratic Congress (NDC) group (Gbewa Youth Group) in Tamale, the Northern Regional capital, has accused the regional chairman of the party, Sofo Azorka, of overturning a decision by the Board of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) to appoint Abdul Rashid Tanko aka Computer, as the Northern Regional Director of the scheme.
