Member of Parliament for Wa Central, Rashid Pelpuo has taken a swipe at the Vice Presidential candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia for ordering desks for pupils of Kperisi Basic School in his constituency, describing the gesture as irresponsible.
