The 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says the high costs of projects have provided fertile grounds for breeding corruption, citing the case of the Ridge Hospital rehabilitation which he said was highly inflated.
