Mr. Stephen Sumani Nayina, the Northern Regional Minister, on Monday appealed to Ghanaians to use the occasion of the centenary of Osageyfo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah to be fair in their judgment of all their past political leaders and acknowledge their contributions to the development of the country.
