The National Organizer of the incumbent National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams, has said an in-law to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Candidate, Nana Akufo Addo, was responsible for the circulation of photos of NDC branded Mahindra vehicles.
