Thirteen executives of the New Patriotic Party at the Ablekuma West Constituency in Accra have resigned from the party ahead of today’s primary to elect a parliamentary candidate.
Led by the former constituency chairman, Theophilus Tetteh, the executives announced their resignation Friday night on TV3. Their resignation stemmed from a protracted disagreement over the constituency’s voters’ register.
