President John Dramani Mahama has indicated that he is appalled by the overbilling of consumers by the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG). Saying he shares in the frustration of Ghanaians who have been overbilled, the president directed an Inter-Agency Taskforce to speedily find solution to the issue.
