Either Mariah Carey or Paramore will secure the top spot on Billboard Hot 200 next week, Billboard predicted. Mariah's "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" and Paramore's "Brand New Eyes" could easily sell between 160,000 to 170,000 copies, according to the publication.
