The Progressive People’s party (PPP) parliamentary candidate for Cape Coast North, Mrs. Sarah Bucknor has descended heavily on the parliamentary candidates of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for erecting huge billboards in the country instead of using the money to improve the living conditions of the people.
