Daily Graphic Reporter, Mark Anthony Vinorkor whose accreditation for reporting from Parliament was withdrawn by Parliament for publishing contemptuous stories about the House, on Tuesday rendered an unqualified apology to Parliament when he appeared before the Privileges Committee of the House.
