The National Coalition Against Privatisation of Water (NCAP) on Wednesday asked the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) and the Serious Fraud Office to investigate the activities of Aqua Vitens Rand Limited (AVRL) for financial impropriety.
