Former Deputy Upper East Regional Minister and MP for Builsa North, Agnes Asangalisa Chigabatia, has joined the list of New Patriotic Party members defending the flagbearer’s campaign promise of “one village, one dam” to boost agriculture in the three northern regions of Ghana.
