The chairman of the Presidential commission of inquiry, set to look into the Ghana@50 celebrations, Justice Isaac Duose yesterday threw caution to the wind, when he called on all former District Chief Executives (DCEs) AND Municipal Chief Executives (MCEs) to voluntarily appear before the Commission before the security agents are unleashed on them.
