Justice Paul Uuter Dery, a High Court judge who was removed from office due to his involvement in a judicial scandal has argued that even though the Supreme Court upheld that Anas was the one who petitioned President Mahama to remove him, the court also affirmed that Anas’ company is nonexistent by law.
