The National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE) has been accused by some parliamentary aspirants in the Akatsi South Constituency in the Volta Region of leaking questions to the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate, Bernard Ahiafor, ahead of a planned debate.
