The Chief of Staff Mr Julius Debrah today commiserated with the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at Manhyia on behalf of President John Dramani Mahama following the death of the Queen mother of Asanteman Nana Afia Serwaa Kobi Ampem II who passed away at the age of 111 and reigned for 39years.
