At the Science quadrangle polling station, University of Cape Coast (UCC), Graphic Online's Emmanuel Ebo Hawksonreports that a ballot box meant to be used for the Presidential and Parliamentary elections arrived without the seals of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Convention People's Party (CPP), People's National Convention (PNC), National Democratic Party (NDP) and Progressive People's Party (PPP).
