The Director of Administration of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Mr. Nathaniel Otoo has assured subscribers of the National Health Insurance Scheme that the NHIA is not resting on its laurels but as management, they are working assiduously to make sure they (insurance providers) are giving the best service.
