Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale North, Alhassan Suhuyini, has offered apologies to the Chairman of the Appointments Committee of parliament, Joe Osei Owusu, for his exchanges with him during the vetting of Energy Minister-designate Boakye Agyarko.
