Alexander Afenyo-Markins has challenged Dr. Clement Apaak, MP for Builsa South Constituency in the Upper East Region to disprove within 24hours before parliament the $13.9m figure put out by Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia on the uncompleted Vice Presidential official residence at Cantonments in Accra.
