In a letter signed by Mr Herbert Mensah, President of Ghana Rugby, the Ghana Rugby Football Union congratulated the newly appointed Minister of Youth and Sports, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah, on his appointment as Minister of a “very important and indeed controversial portfolio”.
