In the year 2001, while I was about bringing my national service to a close, I was on my way to Achimota for a job interview when the trotro vehicle on which I was traveling was stopped by a group of MTTD Police persons. The driver of our vehicle refused to leave his seat, while the police also failed to come close to our vehicle.
