Protocol Gaffe: Ghana flag Turned Upside Down during Barrow’s visit

There was an apparent gaffe at the Flagstaff House on Friday, April 29, 2017, when the President Nana Akufo-Addo sat for a photo with the visiting President of The Gambia, Adama Barrow after bilateral talks.
