Ghana Rugby, under Presidency of Mr Herbert Mensah, achieved two remarkable victories in two days by first winning the Rugby Africa Regional Challenge Group West 1 on 7 May 2017, just to follow it up with the astonishing appointment by the Council of World Rugby as Full Member of World Rugby on 9 May 2017.
