The Head of Local Government Service, Dr Stephen Nana Ato Arthur, has said despite a few cases where some appointees failed to be endorsed, the generally overwhelming endorsement of Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) by their respective assemblies is encouraging.
