The Head of Home Economics Department of the University of Education, Winneba, Dr. Phyllis Forster has asked the Ministries of Tourism, Cultural and Chieftaincy Affairs to collaborate with the department to run refresher courses for caterers and food vendors, to make food preparation safe for consumers.
