The Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale Central, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini, has questioned the basis for a newspaper publication suggesting that the death of the former Convention People's Party Chairman for Tamale Central Issah Mobilla in the hands of soldiers was orchestrated by the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
