The African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA), has called for an early passage of the Property Rights of Spouses Bill (PRSB) into law. It said an early introduction of the law was necessary to address the many problems that have bedevilled the implementation of the Intestate Succession Law (PNDC Law 111).
