Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, yesterday failed to honour the invitation of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service to give a statement on allegation of corruption he had purportedly leveled against some unnamed officials at the Flagstaff House and Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, Communications Minister.
