The Public Procurement Authority (PPA) has cautioned the Ministry of Finance not to kowtow to the demands of the World Bank to suspend a concession Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) granted to Messers Ibistek Ghana Limited for the expansion of Takoradi Port.
