Chief Executive of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), Alfred Obeng Boateng has filed a legal suit against the Managing Director of the Chamber of Petroleum Consumers (COPEC) Ghana, Duncan Amoah, at the Accra High Court.
