The National Democratic Congress (NDC) 2016  Parliamentary candidate for Fanteakwa South constituency, Abigail Elorm Mensah, has described recent comments by the Central Regional Chairman, Bernard Allotey Jacobs in response to allegations of misappropriating party funds as “harsh” and “unfair”.
