A prosecution witness in the trial of the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), Dr Stephen Kwabena Opuni, has testified that COCOBOD under Dr Opuni bought fertiliser which had not been tested by scientists.
