Two persons, Sampson Aglah, 30, a Ghanaian and his Nigerian accomplice, Ifeoma Goodness Amobi, 29, have been arraigned before the Sogakofe Circuit Court in the South Tongu District of the Volta Region for allegedly engaging in human trafficking.
