The Chief Executive of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), Dr. Alfred Oko Vanderpuije, says Ghanaians have a lukewarm attitude when it comes to the issue of cleanliness of the Capital City, Accra. He said, on various occasions, �we as Ghanaians have not supported the idea of any of the Mayors who had the idea of cleaning Accra.�
