“The Volta region’s allegiance to the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is as a result of the fact that, founder of the party, former President Jerry John Rawlings hails from the region, and the NDC can only return to power if he joins in the campaign against 2020 elections,” flagbearer hopeful Dr. Spio Garbrah has cautioned the largest opposition NDC.
