The Volta River Authority (VRA) is in the process of preparing an Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP) which will outline actions to be taken by the VRA and other appropriate authorities to minimize possible casualties in case of any disaster that may occur at the Akosombo and Kpong Dams.
