New Patriotic Party stalwart, John Owusu, otherwise called Sir John, says he suspects Rashid Pelpuo's removal as Sports Minister must be because he has committed a grievous sin at the Ministry from which President J.E.A. Mills intends to shield him, otherwise he should have been maintained at his post.
