The Ghana Rugby Football Union (Ghana Rugby) and the Nigerian Rugby Football Federation (NRFF) Presidents, Messrs Herbert Mensah and Kelechukwu Mbagwu, announced the creation of an annual President's Cup that will be played on a home-and-away basis.
