Ashanti Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sam Pyne says it was of no use for Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, a former Education Minister in charge of Tertiary and his party members to talk against the Public Universities Bill as if it has been passed in Parliament when it is only a draft.
