Government's flagship programme, One District One Factory, has seen a major boost with the launch of an outgrower Scheme by the Minister of Food and Agriculture, Hon Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto on Monday, 20th May, 2019 at Nkronso in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
