The Osu Magistrate Court in Accra was yesterday thrown into a state of pandemonium when ecstatic family members of the five soldiers who were detained for their alleged role in the murder of former Deputy Managing Director of the Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) Mr Rokko Frimpong trooped into the precincts of the court to congratulate and welcome their loved ones who have been away from home since November 2009.
