Minister of Education, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh has described the ousted Vice-Chancellor of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Prof Mawutor Avokeh and the dismissed staff who stormed the University to reclaim his position as trespassers who should be charged.
